Vegetable soup

There are thousands of ways and thousands of recipes for vegetable soups. This is one that I particularly like. Very nice also in the summer.

INGREDIENTS


  • 3 carrots
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion


  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 can tomatoes
  • 4 fresh tomatoes


  • freshly ground black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • rice miso


METHOD

  1. Cut the carrots, parsley, garlic, onion and sauté them on hot oil of choice.
  2. Add zucchini, tomatoes and water (add as much as you want).
  3. When done, add cayenne and miso. Heat together for about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with fresh cilantro.
  5. Enjoy 🙂
